By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing artwork, booking a commission, or otherwise interacting with this site.

Intellectual Property

  • This website serves as both my personal art portfolio and an online storefront for origial artwork, prints, and commissions.

  • By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to make purchases.

  • You agree not to use this webite for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, or to infringe upon my intellectual property.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Accepted payments methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and major credit/debit cards.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase for ready-made artwork.

  • For commissions, a deposit will be required before artwork begins. The details of payment, deadlines, and revisions will be agreed upon in a seperate Commission Agreement sent to you before work starts.

  • Pre-made Artwork : All sales are final.

  • Commisions: Refunds are available within the deposit-consultation window. If work has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable, depending on the progress made.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs, delivery times, and tracking information will be provided at checkout.

  • I am not responsible fo rdelays caused by carriers or lost/damaged packages once an order leaves my possession, though I will work with you to resolve any issues when possible.

Digital Downloads

  • Digital files purchased from this sit are for personal use only unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • You may not resell, redisribute, or alter digital files for commercial use

Limitation of Liability, Change to Terms, and Contact

  • I am not liable fo rany indirect, incidetal, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of this website, purvhase of products or commissoned work.

  • I may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in my business or legal requirements, Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site constitues agreement to the updated terms.
