Deposit and Refund Terms:

A deposit is required to secure design services

• Full deposit refund is available if a client cancels within 24 hours prior to their scheduled consultation date.

• If the client cancels any time after, the deposit is non-refundable once design work has commenced - this includes consultations, mockups, or any project-related activity.

Notification and Confirmation

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (e.g. via email)

• If recieved within the deposit-consultation window, the full deposit will be refunded within 2-3 business days.

• Once design work begins, refund requests will not be honored.
